the location is one of the best i have ever stayed in London. Perfect if you want the shops but a great area for bars & restaurants, the hotel is very nice but the only thing they don't have are tea & coffee facilities in the room but it's a very minor point.
Top Tip
3 minute walk from Oxford Street but so many good shops, bars etc... within a 2 minute walk you hardly need to go there.

Our double bedroom was quite small so if you are big people or spend a long time in your room take note!and make sure you get a larger room. However it was clean and comfortable, their restaurant was good and every member of staff we encountered were top class.
Top Tip
Great pubs and unusual restaurants and shops in Marlyebone High Street as well as close proximity to Oxford St. and Harley Street make this good hotel a great location.

A lovely find! Very chic, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Two minutes from Selfridges... what more does one want! Location quiet and room very quiet.
Top Tip
Loads of restaurants locally, especially heading north through Marylebone village. Maddame Tussards only 20 minutes walk away. Planet Hollywood do a theatre and meal deal which is very good value!

Gives a feeling home experience, nice design of lobby, bar, restaurant. Cleaning could be better,. Double glass windows would be an improvement to keep out noise of garbage trucks in mornings

Concierge of the hotel was vey helpful and couldn't have done more for us.
Barman of the hotel was the complete opposite. We were surprised as residents of the hotel that we didn't find it easy to get a drink when we returned to the hotel at midnight. A "tete-a-tete" ensued between the hotel staff and the bar man which made us all feel uncomfortable and sorry we asked for the drink. Hotel staff were accomodatng.
Top Tip
Don't ask for a drink in the hotel bar at night !
