Needs to offer free WIFI. The cost was extremely high and it was very inconvenient to be without it. If this hotel offered wifi, I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Boulevard Brasserie wellington street close to the theatres and food was excellent satff very friendly and obvious that we were going to the theatre so service was quick but not hurried great place will be going there again

use the tube to get around london.oyster cards available at train stations for reasonable price. london eye a must. theatres all around.

Made very welcome - never been greeted with a hot cookie before! Lovely! Excellent hotel. Room was cold and despite switching on air con and selecting 28 degrees (the highest possible) it just blew out cool air. Otherwise, an excellent stay. Well situated hotel - close to Covent Garden and tube.
